Water is the #1 Enemy! This is not bombast or some shocking hook for clickbait, it is the honest truth for residential property managers. No other maintenance issue is more feared, costly or potentially ruinous to residential property that water damage. For our company, almost 50% of all maintenance issues are from water issues.
